The final programme for the major conference held by the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, is now available. The Peacock Legacy: turning point or missed opportunity? brings together many of the original players involved in the writing of the Peacock Report on the financing of the BBC and a clutch of media academics. It promises to be an event not to be missed by serious students of broadcasting.
