Press Freedom: a democratic rubric

Professor Julian Petley, the Campaign chair, gave verbal evidence to the Leveson Inquiry on 8th December 2011, along with Professor Ian Hargreaves of Cardiff University and Dr. Daithi Mac Sithigh. You can download a copy of his paper to the Inquiry (titled Press Freedom: a democratic rubric). This resulted in his appearance.
