If you would like to join the CPBF, please print out the page below (click “Read on", if it's there, to show the full page) and send it with the form completed and a cheque for the appropriate amount to the address below. Individuals can pay using the PayPal button (you can use a credit or debit card with PayPal). Organisational membership is not supported by PayPal at the moment.
