‘Killing the Story ’
KILLING THE STORY investigates the murder of Ukrainian journalist Georgiy Gongadze and the political firestorm it has ignited, following the emergence of secret tape recordings of former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma implicating him not just in Gongadze\'s death, but also in international crime and corruption. With access to all the key players in the drama, including the President, his bodyguard, Major Melnychenko who taped the conversations, a former FBI special agent who has been contracted to track down Gongadze\'s killers, and the journalist\'s widow, KILLING THE STORY offers an in-depth portrayal of a complex case.
